PAYMENT QUESTIONS
What methods of payment do you accept? When ordering through our Website you can pay for your purchases with your Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Fierté Cosmetics is committed to taking every possible step toward preventing credit card fraud. By entering your card identification number, you help us to do so:
Visa, Master Card and Discover: The three-digit identification number is located on the signature strip on the back of the card. American Express: The four-digit identification number is located on the front of the card, above and to the right of your card number.
We understand that not everyone is comfortable ordering online with a credit card, but rest assured that we take great pains to create a secure environment for our Website shoppers! You can confidently use your credit card to place your order with us online.
I received a gift certificate, how do I use it? Log onto shop.fiertecosmetics.com and select your products, proceed to checkout and enter the discount code on your “Gift Certificate”. Gift Certificates are only valid for website purchases only.
Do you charge sales tax? There is a 6% sales tax charge to all orders within the State of Florida.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE QUESTIONS
Do you guarantee your products? At Fierté Cosmetics we're not satisfied unless you are. We guarantee every item in our collection (including our online catalog!) and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 30 days (in new or like-new condition) for a prompt exchange or refund (excluding Delivery and Service Charges). After 30 days, no returns will be accepted and any returns made after that time will be returned to you.
How do I return an item? Please ship your return merchandise, with the requested information completed on the back of your packing slip, to the following address via insured mail:

If you've lost your packing slip, we will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above -- don't forget to include your order number with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive in our operations center.
How do I exchange an item? If you've kept your packing slip, fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; Delivery and Service charges cannot be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount. There are no additional charges for shipping if you're exchanging an item.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed? Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. For questions about your refund, Contact Us and include your order number, name address and details on the item(s) you returned.
ORDER AND DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Can I e-mail, phone, fax or mail in my order? You cannot order our products via e-mail, mail, phone or fax.
When is my order processed? All online orders are processed within 48 hours upon when they are received. Your credit card is charged when your order is placed. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Delivery fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a prorated basis as items are shipped. With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. Accordingly, Fierté Cosmetics shall also not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt on your behalf after we have made delivery to the address you designate (e.g., Skybox, Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex).
How will I know if you've received my order? When ordering online, you can request to receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Just click on the appropriate box on the payment information page, make sure your e-mail address is correct, and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order after you click on "purchase." Additionally, you will be given your order number on the order confirmation page after you submit your order. Be sure to keep this number in case you have questions about your order.
Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it? If we (or the manufacturer, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer) have not yet shipped your order, you can request to change or cancel your order. If you have just submitted your order online, Contact Us and be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order confirmation number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.
What delivery methods are available? We currently ship via normal ground transportation.
Priority Delivery is available for an additional $12.95 (US Deliveries only). Priority Delivery takes 3-5 business days (may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories).
Express Delivery is available for an additional $20.00 (US Deliveries only). Express Delivery takes 1-2 business days (may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories). These services are only available for in-stock items.

What about international delivery? Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the order. For International Shipping and Zoning Charts, Contact Us and we will be happy to estimate the charges. With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. All International orders must be process through the Fierté Cosmetics warehouse.
How can I estimate delivery time? All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within 10-15 days (US orders only) depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may take up to 60 days to be received via regular delivery.
What is a backorder? Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via e-mail with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 30 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You will be billed shipping for each item on a prorated basis (based on the total dollar amount of your order) as it ships. To inquire about the status of a backordered item, Contact Us and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if available. To cancel any backordered item, Contact Us and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if available, and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will cancel it immediately. If it has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery and it will be returned to us.
How can I check the status of my order? If you have questions about your order, including order status, Contact Us and include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible. You may also go online to my account and check order status.
Is shopping online secure? Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Fierté Cosmetics cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When your credit card information is transmitted to Fierté Cosmetics we use industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to ensure the security of your information. We also have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Regardless of the foregoing, due to the open nature of the Internet, we do not guarantee the absence of theft, hacker activity, electronic or non-electronic tampering, or computer crime, and we disclaim responsibility and liability for stolen information, except to the extent of the following commitment we make to you. We are so confident in the security of our Website that we guarantee the safety of your personal information when you use your credit card to place an order on our secure site. If you find unauthorized charges on your credit card as a result of shopping on this Website, you won't pay a penny. Here's how it works: Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for any fraudulent charges in excess of $50.00. If your bank does charge you the $50.00 fee, and the unauthorized charges resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at this Website, we will reimburse you the full amount of the liability, up to $50.00. You must first notify your credit card provider in the manner required by the provider if you believe unauthorized charges have appeared on your account.
